Anyone interested in participating in Flag Football will need go to this link and complete the clearance procedures, prior to conditioning, tryouts, practices, and or games. Clearance processes can be found on the Crooms website under the Athletics tab.
Girls will need a mouthguard, cleats, and athletic clearance. Optional but heavily encouraged is Football Gloves.
They have to take out/off jewlery/covered when play.
"Flag football is a non-contact sport where players wear flag belts instead of equipment. Rather than tackling, defenders stop a play by pulling a flag from the ball carrier's belt. The game combines speed, teamwork, strategy, communication, and athleticism, making it a great opportunity for both experienced athletes and students who are new to football".
